    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NoRegrets Prep's SAT preparation service. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

    Service Description

    NoRegrets Prep provides online SAT preparation tools, including practice questions, study plans, and AI-powered tutoring. Our service is designed to help students improve their SAT scores through personalized learning experiences.

    Account Registration

    • You must be at least 13 years old to use our service
    • You are responsible for maintaining account security
    • You must provide accurate information
    • One account per person

    Subscription and Payment

    Pricing

    • Monthly Plan: $15/month
    • Annual Plan: $36/year (equivalent to $3/month)
    • All plans include instant access

    Billing

    • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
    • You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
    • Refunds are processed according to our refund policy
    • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

    Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Share your account credentials
    • Use automated tools to access our service
    • Copy or redistribute our content
    • Attempt to reverse engineer our platform
    • Use the service for any illegal purpose

    Intellectual Property

    All content, including practice questions, explanations, and study materials, is owned by NoRegrets Prep and protected by copyright. You may use our content solely for personal SAT preparation.

    Limitation of Liability

    NoRegrets Prep is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months.

    Termination

    We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
